For fully bespoke programmes, we can build something from scratch — that's what our event management service is for.

For Experiences: You receive one proposal price. No line-item breakdowns, no hidden fees. 

For full event planning: we charge a 15% event management fee. No surprises after you approve.

None whatsoever. We work exclusively on a success-based commission model — we only generate revenue when you do. No monthly fees, no onboarding costs, no fine print.

Our focus is groups — we work primarily with companies: international corporate teams, MICE groups, executives visiting Barcelona, and growth-stage startup teams.

We also manage high-end private groups as well. But keeping our focus is on B2B groups: well-defined requests, validated budgets, fast decisions.

All bookings are request-based — no client confirms anything directly without our validation first.

We can co-create an experience together, or you can define one or several Signature Experiences on your own. We'll send you a form to gather everything: base price per person, capacity, and highlights. We handle the rest.
The more distinctive and carefully crafted the experience, the more visibility it gets on the platform. Proposals with a strong Identity is the ones that catch our clients' attention first.

Our team reaches out directly as soon as a relevant request comes in. Ektimo is the active intermediary — we don't leave you to manage things on your own.
